Synteda with focus on Impact Challenge

This year we have decided to participate again in the Breakit Impact Challenge to prove and keep the focus on becoming a more climate-smart organization. Synteda encourage employees to walk, cycling or take public transports. We choose partners and suppliers with demonstrated good environmental practices. We are turning off the lights in the evening and plug off the devices when not needed to reduce energy consumption. We are also trying to reduce the amount of waste generated reducing the number of prints, reusing papers as drafts and sort waste for recycling. We are promoting environmentally friendly ways of working such as digital meetings, video conferences and virtual interviews to avoid clients, stakeholders, and employees to travel for meetings.
