We're seeking an Innovation Manager with a passion for emerging trends and technology, and a strong background in leading teams, developing prototypes, and enhancing customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, relevant certifications, and a dedication to driving innovation and exploring new business opportunities.

What are we looking for?

Responsibilities
• Cultivate a creative environment that encourages idea generation through workshops, innovation events, and brainstorming sessions.
• Develop and manage proof of concepts to demonstrate feasibility, desirability, and viability of innovative ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop prototypes and bring innovative solutions to life.
• Identify challenges and opportunities to enhance customer experience through innovative products and services.
• Research and explore new business opportunities.
• Lead and mentor teams through different project phases, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Required skills
• Passion for emerging trends and technology.
• Certification in one or more of the following:
• SAFe, Product Manager/Product Owner, PMPO.
• Professional Scrum Master Certification.
• Professional Agile Certification.
• Digital Transformation.
• Scrum, Lean, or Kanban.
• PMI PMP Project Management.
• Solid knowledge of lean processes and agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership, relationship-building, and team management skills.
• Proven experience in creating proof of concepts and prototypes.
• Experience with testing, product validation, and user experience design.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.
